Half Day Closure Notice – Staff Training
Please note that the Surgery phone lines, triage forms, and doors will be closed from 1:00pm today, Thursday 11th June for staff training.
If you require urgent medical attention, please call 999. For non-emergency medical advice or assistance, after 1pm, please contact NHS 111.
The Surgery will reopen at 8:00am, tomorrow Friday 12th June. The online triage form will be available from 7:30am tomorrow, Friday 12th June.
